Our lists are in several genres, both fiction and non-fiction. New content will be put out in your selected content area(s) each month. Updates will be sent to you in the manner you choose to receive it. You can subscribe to the content using an RSS-like feed, or you can subscribe to the same content as an e-mail newsletter. The literary content will be formatted with a cover picture, the author's name, publisher data, and a short description of the book. (See the example in the blue box.) There will also be links with which you can check our catalog for the selection.

RSS Feeds

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, and is a way to deliver digital content to subscribers. Subscribers use client software to read their RSS feeds. The client can be in the form of "RSS readers," or RSS feeds can be read over the world wide web. Sites like My Yahoo allow you to read syndicated feeds directly from your custom-defined web portal page.

Email Newsletters

An email newsletter is just what it sounds like: a newsletter that arrives periodically in your email. Ours arrive once each month, giving you fresh ideas for great books to check out.

This method may be better for you if you like to check your e-mail and be done with things.
