Schedule of Regular Board Meetings

The Dayton Metro Library Board of Trustees holds monthly meetings. These meetings are generally held on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Main Library, 215 East Third Street. Special meetings of the Board may be called and notice of the date, time, location and purpose of any special meetings will be published in the Dayton Daily News and as a part of the Library’s web site. Any changes to the date, time and location of a regular meeting will also be published in advance.

The general public is welcome to attend all meetings of the Board. Comments by visitors or by the general public are also welcome. If you wish to be added to the agenda, please contact the Executive Director’s Office at 937-463-2665 at least twenty-four hours in advance.
There will be a Special Board Meeting of the Dayton Metro Library Board of Trustees on Friday, August 28th at 9:00 a.m. in the Main Library Auditorium. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss collective bargaining and changes to the service program.
